PRHInc Training History

The PRHInc Story

PRHInc (Palayan Recruitment Hub Incorporated) began as a grassroots initiative born from a simple belief: the youth of Nueva Ecija deserve access to world-class BPO training, regardless of their financial background.

What started as small training sessions at the Palayan City Institute of Technology (PCIT) has grown into a recognized program that has helped over 900 young Filipinos launch careers in the Business Process Outsourcing industry. Our story is one of community, perseverance, and the power of creating opportunities where none existed before.

2013

PCIT Opens Its Doors

The Palayan City Institute of Technology (PCIT) was established by the city government as the premier technical and vocational institution of Palayan City. PCIT began offering programs in Caregiving, Welding, and other technical courses, laying the groundwork for skills training in the community.

2014

Call Center Training Wave 5

On January 20, 2014, PCIT launched Call Center Training Wave 5 under the leadership of then-Mayor Adrianne Mae Cuevas. This marked one of the earliest structured BPO training efforts in Palayan City, with 20 initial trainees learning the fundamentals of call center operations at the PCIT Gymnasium in Brgy. Singalat.

2015–2019

Building Momentum

Over the next several years, the call center training program continued in waves at PCIT. Each batch brought new trainees eager to learn BPO skills. The program built a reputation in the community for providing genuine, free training that led to real job opportunities. Word spread across Nueva Ecija about the program's impact.

2020

Adapting Through the Pandemic

When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, in-person training was temporarily suspended. The team adapted by exploring virtual training formats, ensuring that aspiring BPO professionals could continue developing their skills safely. This period of reflection led to plans for a bigger, more organized program.

2021

PRHInc Takes Shape

Palayan Recruitment Hub Incorporated (PRHInc) was formalized as a dedicated organization focused on free BPO training. The concept gained momentum through community outreach and social media, with Facebook posts announcing training schedules and attracting interest from youth across Nueva Ecija.

2022

New Leadership, Renewed Vision

Under the leadership of Mayor Viandrei Nicole J. Cuevas, the city government renewed its support for the training program. Enhanced facilities, resources, and community backing helped PRHInc scale its operations and reach more trainees than ever before.

2023

Partnership with Sutherland

PRHInc established a formal partnership with Sutherland Global Services, enabling direct endorsement of top-performing graduates for employment. This partnership became a cornerstone of the program's value proposition, giving trainees a clear path from training to career.

2024

Digital Transformation

PRHInc embraced digital transformation with the launch of an online registration system, a professional website, and digital training resources. This made the program more accessible to youth across Nueva Ecija and beyond, removing geographical barriers to enrollment.

2025

900+ Graduates and Counting

PRHInc surpassed the milestone of 900 graduates, with a strong employment rate among completers. The program's reputation as Palayan City's premier free call center training institution was firmly established, with graduates working in BPO companies across Central Luzon and Metro Manila.

2026

Continuing the Legacy

Today, PRHInc continues to train the next generation of BPO professionals with an enhanced curriculum, experienced trainers including Director Suman Kunder and Senior Trainer Mariz Garcia, and strong industry partnerships. New batches start regularly, and the mission remains the same: free, high-quality training for every aspiring BPO professional in Nueva Ecija.
