About Palayan City Call Center Academy

The Palayan City Call Center Academy by PRHI Inc. is a non-profit program supported by Mayor Viandrei Nicole J. Cuevas. We offer free training, skills development, and job readiness workshops to prepare Nueva Ecija's youth for successful careers in the BPO and digital industry.

Located at PCIT Gymnasium, Brgy. Caimito, Palayan City, Nueva Ecija, our academy provides a comprehensive 10-day training program that covers everything from professional communication to hands-on call simulation.
